Player Pathway

Our Commitment to Player Development

At the Greater Sudbury Soccer Club (GSSC), we are committed to providing a clear, inclusive, and progressive player pathway that supports athletes at every stage of their journey — from their first touch on the ball to competitive, post-secondary, and high-performance opportunities.

Our pathway aligns with the Canada Soccer Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) model and the standards set by Ontario Soccer, ensuring players develop in an age-appropriate, structured, and supportive environment.
